Do I have to pay anything?

Will my lights or heating go off during a switch?
No. Delivery, meter reading and outage repairs stay with your local utility. Only your supply rate and the supplier's name change.
What if I don't want a long-term contract?
That's your call. We'll show you fixed-term and flexible options and spell out terms, renewal dates and any cancellation fees before you decide.
Who handles the switch paperwork?
Your new provider does. Once you enroll, they notify your utility and arrange the changeover, so you don't need to contact your old supplier.
